Saad Gaya, 21, of Oakville, pleaded guilty today in a Brampton courtroom. Gaya and co-accused Saad Khalid, of Mississauga, who also pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 14 years, were allegedly responsible for arranging the rental of warehouse space to store the fertilizer.
