Examining Improvised Explosive Devices: How Did The Boston Bombers Do It?

Authorities have yet to determine to what extent if any the Boston bombers relied on recipes from Inspire, al Qaeda’s English language magazine, and this analysis is adamantly not intended as a guide for bomb construction, but as an in-depth look at how this crime was possibly executed and the challenges facing the Joint Terrorism Task Force as part of their investigation.
