With a truck equipped with a .50 caliber, the CJNG faces the Cartels Unidos in Michoacán

A video has emerged in which assassins from the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel, with a “monster” truck and a 50 caliber machine gun, fight in the open field against their rival Cartels Unidos. The recording circulating on social networks shows the shoorter firing a 50-caliber machine gun - apparently a Browning M2 - mounted on the roof of a truck.

A similar weapon was "seized" in recent weeks by the CJNG from its rival Cartels Unidos, a fact that was released on another recording. In the most recent video you can also see in the background a materialistic truck, usually stolen from the roads and armored by organized crime, becoming "monster" trucks.

"Burn 'guacho', that's where you shot," says the person who records the video, while the shooter opens fire at a point that cannot be seen.

A Celaya police officer, known as "Cristina" was executed on the morning at approximately 10:30 a.m. on 09 July 2020 in the municipality of Comonfort.  It was reported that she had just finished her shift and was on her way home.  The officer was attacked with gunshots while riding a motorcycle on the Celaya-Comonfort highway, near the town of Soria. According to reports, those responsible for the attack escaped by motorcycle. 

A message written on cardboard and signed by the The Cartel de Santa Rosa de Lima left was left by the body for the authorities to find.  Loosely translated, the message read, "For all the municipalities that are "blowing" the Jaliscos. Sincerely, C.S.R.L."

According to the narco-blog, Cristina was never known for being a hindrance to the cartels and never wanted to get in trouble with Narco.

On Wednesday, 08 July 2020, former governor of Chihuahua, Mexico who had been a fugitive on the run for a few years, was arrested in Miami, Florida; the same date that President Andrés Manuel López Obrador met with his American counterpart, Donald Trump at the White House. The Mexican attorney general's office said Duarte faced extradition back to Mexico and his statement came shortly after he met with Trump. Duarte's arrest has generated various criticisms in certain sectors, with some eluding to the similarities in the arrest and extradition of Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman that took place only hours before Donald Trump took office on 19 January 2017.

In 2017, Chihuahua authorities issued a warrant for Duarte's arrest on corruption and embezzlement charges, after discovering MXN $48,000,000 in public debt along with MXN $6,000,000 in embezzled funds and MXN $250,000,000 diverted funds to the 2015 Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) electoral campaign (approximately $13.4 USD.) After the Chihuahuan authorities requested federal assistance in apprehending Duarte, the federal prosecutor's office asked Interpol to search for the ex-governor in 190 countries. 

In May 2019, Duarte was officially kicked out the of the PRI political party and prior to his arrest, Duarte was last seen in Albuquerque, New Mexico in September 2019.  Also in September 2019, Mexico's Security Minister Alfonso Durazo indicated that Mexican intelligence agencies were working with their U.S. counterpart.

Cesar Duarte arrested in Miami, Florida on 08 July 2020

At least six banners were hung during the early hours of this Tuesday in different parts of the Toluca Valley, Mexico.  The banners threatened the office of the Attorney General of Justice of the State of Mexico (FGJEM). The messages were signed by group La Familia Michoacana (LFM), who according to the authorities maintain a presence in the south of the state and in the Toluca Valley. The signs located on the morning of Tuesday, 7 July 2020, were hung over pedestrian and vehicular bridges in Zinacantepec, Xonacatlán, Otzolotepec, Temoaya, and Metepec. The first were found on bridges of the Alfredo del Mazo González road distributor, north of the state capital, Toluca.

The hanging of these signs occurred after elements of the Mexican Army and a convoy of the FGJEM were ambushed on the Toluca-Ciudad Altamirano highway on Monday, 6 July 2020. 

The war between La Familia Michoacana and the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG) for control of Michoacán is one of the factors that have contributed to the decline of the criminal group, one of the strongest during the first decade of the 21st century. Its weakening began after the so-called "war" against the drug trafficking of President Felipe Calderón.  However, the group has been working to show that they have regained power.

(Claim) Left Wing Anonymous Anarchist: Arson Attack on Five Strabag Excavators Used to Construct the A49 Motorway in the Vicinity of Treysa, North Hesse, Germany - 03 July 2020

Statement/Claim

During the night of 3 to 4 July, 2020 five excavators belonging to multi-billion company Strabag were set on fire. The machines were employed in the construction of the A49 motorway in the vicinity of Treysa, county Hessen.

On 23 June, the Federal Administrative Court cleared the last legal hurdle to the continued construction. Even though the court did not feel able to deny the inadequacy of some of the ecological compensation measures necessary for the construction, it judged the continued construction of the motorway, which had been planned for a long time, to be too important to be stopped by ecological concerns.

It was clear long before the court case in Leipzig that the institutions of the bourgeois state, whether political or legal, are not capable of and were not formed to prevent ecological disasters. Where the forces of industrial capitalism unhindered make this planet – our home – uninhabitable, direct action is necessary. Faced with a so-called “Green” party and a judiciary that continue to provoke the escalation of the conflict, we felt compelled to respond with fire.

May the fire that illuminated the night sky in the Schwalmtal, ignite the anger of all those affected by this excessive irresponsibility – all of us. No to the construction of new highways, no to contamination, no to clearing the Dannenröder forest, no to ecological destruction worldwide. Do not remain passive, do not let yourself be dragged down by a feeling of powerlessness. Let us take control of our lives where the state is trying to take it from us!

• Firm thread or cigarette
• Large skewers, model stick, kite stick or something similar

Tighten the nail securely to resist pressure. Take the arrow at the back end.

The arrow is directed by the weight of the point and can reach a distance similar to a stone thrown with a slingshot.

Instead of leather, use soft elastic that has a thin and firm piece of cord.

When removing the head of the nail it costs more to hook on the slingshot, but it can serve to pierce the protective shield of a vehicle window.

A white man who is reportedly a member of the hate group the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) shot his daughter’s Black boyfriend several times and after being arrested, was released on just $500 bail, according to News One.

Patrick Creath Jr., 43, has been charged with malicious wounding, along with use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, in connection with the shooting that took place in Virginia Beach, Virginia, on June 19th.

A woman who identified herself as the cousin of the victim posted her outrage on Twitter.

A Change.org petition has been started to upgrade the charges to a federal hate crime. The petition was looking to obtain 25,000 signatures and is close to its goal.

"KKK member Patrick Fontaine Creath Jr shot his white daughters black boyfriend, three times June 19, 2020 in Virginia Beach VA. The 43-year-old Patrick Fontaine Creath Jr., stayed at the scene. He was taken into custody and charged with felonious assault and use of a firearm in commission of a felony. The outcry for justice on social media is great. Pictures of the black young mans injuries have circulated showing the tragedy that took place on the afternoon of June 19, which are horrific.

In complicity with the insurgents of this world and especially with those in revolt in the centers of the French metropolises, as well as the rioters in the banlieues, we torched an SUV from the French Embassy in front of one of the bigwig’s buildings at the Gleisdreiecks park in Schöneberg, Berlin at dawn on June 30th.

We send this sign of solidarity to all those who have long been confronting the cops of the colonial power France with stones and incendiary devices, looting and permanently challenging the state. Be it in the so-called hot zones of the French-dominated territory in Europe or overseas. The gendarmerie, BAC, CRS and other authorities regularly feel the anger of the oppressed on whose side we stand.

We also enjoy moments here when the anger is released and young people in Stuttgart or imprisoned people in Göttingen face the cops with stones, bottles and everything they have at hand. 

Our attack is a nightly message of solidarity to Loïc, whose trial is coming to an end in Hamburg, and to the “Park Bench 3”, who do not give in to the pressure of the Hanseatic justice system.

The embassy employee we attacked lives in a disputed neighbourhood where the marginalised population is being ousted by bigwigs. This is not the only reason why Gleisdreieckspark and Steinmetzkiez in Schöneberg, Berlin are places often mentioned in police reports in connection with riots. The anger and frustration about the displacement and exclusion is expressed in many different ways in the few still unbending squares, street sections and backyards. We also support this form of resistance symbolically with our fire.

Even if the situations in the metropolises continuously restrict our freedom, we would like to briefly address the question of whether the militancy often practiced serves to achieve our goals. The reflective text on the Squatting Days in Freiburg (1) asks this question. We share much of the analysis there – for Berlin, militancy is sometimes also a contribution to creating a climate in which it is easier to direct violence against the state, its representatives and symbols, as well as the values of society. Columns of smoke and cop cars racing around are mosaic pieces of a partial and in some places creeping loss of control by the powerful and should encourage resistance.

The feud between the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG) and the Michoacan Family has become not only one of the most apparent, but also the most deadly throughout Mexico. The past few weeks have seen a string of videos including executions from both groups where they behead or shoot the rival members. Cartel rivalry in Mexico is not a new instance, however the want for media proof of this bloody back and forth is unique to their feud. The Michoacan Family was the most prevalent and had the highest number of those killed on film until this weeks video was released of 12 members massacred in the same location and later moved into the bed of an abandoned vehicle.

MICHOACÁN.- Assassins enter home and hang entire family, 16-year-old girl among the victims

In the town of Purépero, Michoacán, local media reports that four victims were found with their hands tied and hung from trees near the patio of their own home. 

The crime occurred in a house on Moctezuma Street and authorities report that the assassins were seen arriving heavily armed and entering the house, threatening the family. 

The victims were taken to the patio of their own home where some trees are located and that was where the assassins hung them.

It was the neighbors who informed the authorities about what had happened, so the case is already being investigated by the staff of the Regional Prosecutor's Office, which carried out the respective proceedings at the scene. It was detailed that three of the deceased were recognized by their relatives as Kimberly "N", 16 years old and their mother Janeth "N", 38 years old, as well as Juan Miguel "N", 35 years old. There was a fourth victim, an unidentified woman in her early 20's. 

It is presumed that the multiple murders could be related to the settling of accounts between criminal drug trafficking groups, although it was not detailed which cartel was behind the act.
