03 February 2016 Islamic State: Executed "spies" accused of being affiliated with Libya Dawn in Sirte.  Though there were at least three executions, the one below is worth noting as the same style- strung on a metal apparatus crucifixion style - as executions in January 2016, October 2015, and July 2015 (see below for images and link to complete photo reports).
