Seemingly unhindered by the U.S.-led airstrikes in Iraq and Syria, the Islamic State of Iraq and ash Sham / Islamic State (Islamic State of Iraq, ISIS or ISIL, IS) continues to sway groups and jihadi veterans from around the world to pledge allegiance to the self-proclaimed Caliph and his Islamic State.  Among the meny theaters the Islamic State operates in, they are signaling an even higher threat level to the oil-rich Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
