Out of the United Kingdom, Rayat Al-Tawheed (Banner of God) is a mouthpiece for British fighters from London that are fighting in support of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Sham (ISIS) in Syria, using a similar name.  Rayat Al-Tawheed encourages British citizens to join the Syrian war as well as spreading Islamic extremist propaganda.
