Adel Ghandri was apprehended just before a scheduled a cosmetic surgery to change his appearance. Though the Tunisian Army blew up his home in Ben Guerdanm, Ghandri was at-large, wanted by authorities for his suspected of involvement in the Ben Guerdan attack.
