Algerian police prevented a suicide bombing at Constantine and arrested another. This follows within a week after Abu El Hoummam, a senior member of the local affiliate of the Islamic State was killed in Constantine.  The suicide attacker, shot dead, and suspect arrested were reportedly part of the Islamic State aligned Saraya al-Ghuraba.
