A VBIED exploded at 5:30am near a Jordanian army installation adjacent to the Ruqban refugee camp on 21 June 2016. The camp services thousands of stranded, displaced Syrian refugees awaiting sanctuary in Jordan. Ruqban is mere miles away from where the borders of Iraq, Syria and Jordan meet.
