Two separate attacks carried out by IS, target Shiite pilgrims and an Iraqi Army convoy traveling on the road between Kirkuk and Baghdad. More than thirty-five are claimed to be killed or injured, 13 taken prisoner, and 3 tanks destroyed between the two attacks occurring on the same day.
