The Islamic State claims an attack by a knifeman on 8 people in Surgut, Russia (Siberia), leaving two in critical condition. The suspect, 19-year-old Artur Gadgiev from Dagestan, was shot dead and found with a fake explosive belt. The stabbing happened a day after 2 people were killed in Finland in similar fashion.
