Armed gunmen approaching on two motorcycles attacked a Shia Majlis-e-Aza procession in Karachi's North Nazimambad Neighborhood, killing at least five and injuring dozens. Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ) claimed credit within hours of the attack.
