The extremist movement known as Ansar ul-Furqan Iran launched a Telegram channel under the al-Faruq Media banner, on 26 June 2017. The group wishes to destroy the Iranian regime and establish a Sunni rather than Shia theocracy. The group operates on the Iranian-Pakistan border and Balochistan.
