Boko Haram released a video and trailer the week of 19 February 2015 with similar effects in the introduction and in high resolution, raising suspicions that ISIS was facilitating Boko Haram media. However, the insignia in this video and its uncharacteristic self-restraint shows ISIS has accepted Boko Haram for its own purposes.
