Oumar Diaby (39 - aka Omar Omsen) is the leader of a French brigade (Firkatul Ghuraba aka The Brigade of Foreigners) in Syria ligned to Jabhat al-Nusrah (JN). Comprised of an estimated 80 fighters from France and Belgium, the brigade is reportedly based in the Latakia countryside.
